Besides that, Shtirlitz adored to spoil Umput’s life and the last few years of his life he dedicated exactly to this task, having pretty well cut the ranks of the Great Dictator.

Umput was a dictator, and as it is expected from people of his profession all of his free time he was nourishing treacherous plans of usurpation of the world. Sometimes the dictator got tired of thinking and tried to put his ideas in reality. His first attempt known as the Second World War was a complete failure, but the dictator did not give up his hopes for he knew that some day he would achieve his aim.
